Top Small Wedding Band in the UK as listed in Brides Magazine, Essence are a fully professional live duo with over 14 years experience. Not only a great sounding live band (with amazing lights and lasers) but they also provide a fantastic disco in-between their live sets at no extra cost. Their mixture of music is guaranteed to keep your guests dancing.

The two members, Nina and Tim are both sought after professional musicians. Nina has worked with such artistes as Dannii Minogue and Boyzone and even vocal coaches Girls Aloud. She has had numerous TV appearances on Top of the Pops and the National Lottery and has toured all over the world. She had a UK No.2 Hit recently with the song "Automatic High", which she co-wrote for S-Club Juniors. Tim has played piano since the age of 6 and is incredibly talented. He has written music for stage productions and jingles and has even played at Wembley Arena. Tim is also on the ask the experts panel in a wedding magazine. They love what they do and this shows in every fresh and polished performance.

At weddings, audiences are usually mixed in both age and musical taste. Essence have played at over 1000 weddings and appreciate that weddings are also a time when people like to be able to talk as well as dance. They are not too loud and always adhere to your volume requirements.

They have 100's of references and are proud to be on the recommended suppliers lists of some of the countrys most exclusive wedding venues. They have played at The Tower of London, Leeds Castle, Knebworth House, The Dorchester, The Grosvenor House Hotel and many weddings and parties abroad.
